Quality is a function of how well your Hotel – physical, product, people and procedures – meets and exceeds the expectations of your GUEST. People always return to an establishment where the quality is consistent.

Hotels are commodities – every Hotel offers basically the same thing, rooms, public areas, restaurants, room service, conferencing facilities, etc. The biggest differentiator is the level of the GUEST experience. GUESTS nowadays don’t compare like product with like product, they compare experiences with experiences.

And to accommodate all things related guest expectation, we create and provide all modules, templates, audit and training as well as the qa handbook. Hopefully all will provide ideas and resources to ensure your Hotel achieves the levels of Quality Assurance of physical property and service that will create satisfied and returning GUESTS.

QUALITY ASSURANCE
We have a Mystery Guest Program, and Hotel Quality Assurance Audit for Independent Assessment and cooperation with The LSU for Hotel Certification Program.
PRE-OPENING CONSULTANCY
We serve consultation for Opening Hotel where the program held 1-4 months. As well as provide Hotelier Tools for Management.
HOTEL TRAINING
We also prepare Training for Hotelier such as In-House, Public, Online (WhatsApp) and Self Learning Program.
